Tracy Ricelli

I grew up in Hinckley, attending Kent State University and getting a degree in business, and have  been a proud Medina County resident for 27 years. 

While I’ve had a wealth of experience with buyers and sellers, I am an Accredited Buyers Representative and a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert. I primarily work with clients in Medina, Summit, and Cuyahoga Counties. 

My favorite moments with clients are when they walk in the door and get that feeling that this is the ONE. Seeing those wins for buyers, handing over a new set of keys, and the happiness on their faces will never get old for me.  My motivation is always my clients. 

Outside of work, I have always been incredibly family-focused as a wife and mom to three grown children, with 3 grandkids and my  2 rescued golden retrievers!
